Manager, People Learning & Development
**Role summary**
Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning & development (L&D) initiatives across EMEA, aligning global strategy with local execution. Drive a high‑performance, inclusive culture through targeted training, onboarding, career pipeline programs, and engagement initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable improvements in skill competency, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Scale learning adoption (e.l.f.U) and engage all teams in high‑performance frameworks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, fairness, and growth that supports planned revenue expansion.
**Key responsibilities**
- Own adoption of e.l.f.U learning platform and promote its use organization‑wide.
- Identify skills gaps, design tailored training programmes, and develop career progressions.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to accelerate new‑hire integration and career advancement.
- Manage internship and early‑career programmes to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Evaluate training effectiveness via metrics and feedback, applying data‑driven improvements.
- Embed the high‑performing team framework across all teams through education, facilitation, and coaching.
- Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives; champion the “one team, one dream” mindset.
- Act as culture ambassador, ensuring workplaces are collaborative, respectful, and inspiring.
- Monitor and measure cultural health through surveys, feedback, and engagement tools.
**Required skills**
- L&D strategy & program design with proven delivery results.
- Instructional design & facilitation in virtual and in‑person formats.
- Program management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross‑cultural communication and change‑management experience.
- Data‑driven decision making: ability to design metrics, analyze outcomes, and iterate.
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support employee growth.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
**Required education & certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in L&D, talent development, or people success roles (global exposure preferred).
- Professional certifications such as ATD, SHRM, CPLP, or comparable L&D credentials are desirable.
