Job Description
Job Title: Business Performance Analyst Role Summary: Support Commercial Controllers and Sales teams in monitoring and improving business unit performance through strategic analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Expectations: Minimum of 4 years in general management, consulting, or equivalent, with exposure to commercial performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior management to drive commercial performance and strategic initiatives. - Prepare executive-level analyses and reports for decision-making (e.g., monthly Executive Committee meetings). - Contribute to performance reviews, action planning, and performance recovery for underperforming units. - Coordinate cross-border processes with teams in France/Germany to ensure reporting accuracy and tool optimization. - Develop tools to enhance departmental efficiency and data-driven insights. - Maintain compliance, streamline procedures, and identify process improvements. - Lead semi-annual tasks: target calculations, commission analysis, reorganization tracking, and career committee reporting. Required Skills: - Leadership, communication, and problem-solving. - Stakeholder relationship management and project management under tight deadlines. - Advanced data analysis, reporting, and Excel proficiency. - Familiarity with Power BI. - Bilingual English/French (written/spoken). Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field from a top institution.
