**Job title**
Product Owner / Product Manager – AI
**Role Summary**
Lead the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI‑driven digital products for enterprise and start‑up clients. Own the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and backlog while coordinating cross‑functional teams (business, marketing, IT, data). Practice agile ceremonies, set KPIs, and drive training and change management to ensure product success.

- Deliver a clear, data‑driven roadmap aligned with client business objectives.
- Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and ensure sprint goals are met.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical/data teams.
- Promote agile, lean, and discovery practices across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define product roadmap and feature set for AI and data products.
- Align business, marketing, IT and data objectives and translate them into product requirements.
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
- Identify use cases, define KPIs, and track performance against business goals.
- Collaborate with data teams to identify training needs for AI technologies.
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and training sessions for internal and client teams.
- Produce product content and thought‑leadership material to share product passion.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience in consulting, enterprise, or startup environments.
- Proven track record managing AI, machine‑learning, or data‑centric products, with impact on end‑user application adoption.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and data architecture.
- Strong command of SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Amplitude).
- Experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Agile facilitation (Scrum, Kanban) and discovery‑build methodology.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to drive change and improve processes, fostering a collaborative culture.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner) and/or data/product management are a plus.
