Job Description
Job title: SAP BRIM Functional Consultant (Hybrid) Role Summary Design, configure, test and support SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring integration with external systems and compliance with PCI/SOC standards. Key Responsibilities * Architect, design, implement, and test SAP BRIM modules: SOM, CI, SC, SD, MM, CC. * Lead requirement workshops, draft user stories, and obtain business approvals. * Configure BRIM functionalities for subscription order management, convergent invoicing, charging, and billing. * Design data models, integrations, and migration plans to minimize downtime. * Ensure PCI DSS compliance, tokenization, and secure payment flows; integrate with payment gateways. * Align BRIM with external systems (CRM, SAP ERP, Dynamics, BTP APIs). * Write functional specifications, test cases, and conduct functional, SIT, and UAT testing. * Resolve defects, document troubleshooting, and validate test results. * Provide training and mentoring on SAP BRIM and FIORI usage. Required Skills * 7+ years of SAP BRIM configuration (SOM, CI) with 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA cloud. * Proven experience in at least two full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations. * Integration experience with non‑SAP CRMs and real‑time payment systems. * Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, tokenization, payment gateway integration, and mediation systems. * Familiarity with Agile project delivery, Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA. * Ability to document solutions per SAP best practices and reduce customizations.
