Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Transformation & IT Director (M/F) **Role Summary:** Lead the organization’s overall digital strategy as a member of the executive committee. Drive deep modernization, technological innovation, and operational efficiency to enhance user experience for employees and stakeholders. Own the governance of IT systems, cyber‑security, infrastructure performance, and data strategy while aligning with group objectives. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable digital transformation outcomes that support the company’s strategic goals. - Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. - Communicate effectively in English and French with executive leadership, partners, and vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the organization’s digital strategy in line with group direction. - Lead digital transformation initiatives: modernize processes, simplify journeys, improve user experience. - Govern IT systems, ensuring performance of networks, cloud, security, and interoperability. - Establish cyber‑security policy and guarantee regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001). - Manage the application portfolio (ERP, business tools) and oversee specific development projects. - Structure and leverage data for performance and decision‑making, integrating AI opportunities. - Build, lead, and align cross‑functional teams around innovation, agility, and collaboration. - Represent the organization in institutional and technology partnership networks. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership in complex digital project management and change orchestration. - Expertise in IT architecture, cloud environments, data management, and AI technologies. - Strong strategic vision with pragmatic operational execution capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Fluency in English (mandatory); French proficiency preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Cloud certifications) are a plus.
