Infrastructure System Engineer L5
Role Summary
Oversee and maintain on‑premises IT systems, ensuring reliable operation of servers, services, and internal applications. Create and update user documentation, governance artefacts, and internal web content. Support migration projects, integrate web platforms, and enhance OSINT capabilities through tool development and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and support Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments (Hyper‑V, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, VEEAM backup).
2. Create and manage governance documentation (PM2 methodology, ITSRM): Project Charters, IT Security Plans, Business Cases.
3. Develop, update, and host internal web pages; integrate disparate web platforms using PHP, Java, HTML, XML, and related APIs.
4. Test and migrate local offline networks, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
5. Contribute to OSINT capacity: identify, develop, and disseminate specialized IT tools and techniques.
6. Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, providing technical guidance and progress reporting.
Required Skills
- Web development: PHP, Java, HTML, XML; experience integrating multiple web platforms.
- Server & infrastructure: Windows, Linux, Hyper‑V virtualization, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, VEEAM backup.
- Documentation: proficiency in drafting technical guides, governance artefacts, and reporting.
- PM2 methodology: familiarity and experience updating PM2 documentation (certification desirable).
- Communication: strong written and verbal skills in English; adaptability to multilingual contexts.
- Analytical: rapid problem identification, solution conception, and accurate reporting.
- Technical: Docker, Linux, Windows systems, internet tools, social media platforms, and related APIs.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PM2 certification (asset).
- Relevant IT security or project management certifications preferred.
