**Job Title:** Salesforce Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the governance, planning, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives across sales, service, marketing, and operations. Manage project governance (documentation, status tracking, risk management, reporting). 4. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; generate executive dashboards and reports. 5. Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans for critical deployments and integrations. 6. Serve as communication bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of project/program management experience, 5+ years in SaaS environments. - 5+ years managing or supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar projects. - Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project). - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in manufacturing contexts (preferred). - Salesforce administrative or business analyst certification (preferred). - Familiarity with quotation tools such as Conga (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, etc.) considered a plus.
