Job Description
Job title: Fire Safety Security Team Leader (M/F) Role Summary Lead and manage a security team ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and incident response procedures. Deliver training, enforce operational standards, and serve as liaison between site management and corporate leadership. Expectations - Full‑time, 24/7 coverage, including nights and weekends. - Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate security personnel during normal operations and emergencies. - Conduct fire safety training and maintain certification records. - Manage emergency response actions, coordinating with site management and APEN controls. - Enforce internal regulations, procedures, and service notes. - Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and support timetable development. - Maintain and update operational registers and incident logs. - Protect personnel and property, providing first‑aid assistance when necessary. - Perform preventive security checks: access control, patrols, equipment verification, and basic maintenance. - Promote ongoing fire‑safety awareness and preventive measures. Required Skills - Strong leadership and team‑management abilities. - Proficient in fire safety procedures and emergency response. - Excellent communication and liaison skills. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. - High level of integrity, vigilance, and adherence to regulations. Required Education & Certifications - SSIAP Level 2 (or equivalent) certificate. - Certified First Responder (SST) or equivalent (PSC 1/ PSE 1/ PSE 2/ SUAP with current renewal). - Training in electrical hazards (H0‑B0, BS‑BE, or equivalent). - Valid CV with relevant professional experience.
