**Job Title** Legal Intern **Role Summary** Support the legal department of a cybersecurity organization by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in English and French, conducting risk assessments for new offerings, and providing ongoing compliance assistance to operational teams. **Expectations** - Current law student (last year) or recent graduate specializing in contract, corporate, intellectual property, telecommunications, or data privacy law. - Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Comfortable in multicultural and fast‑paced environments. - Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, business‑oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, supplier agreements, data protection agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents. - Conduct risk assessments for new products and services, advising on legal and regulatory requirements. - Provide legal and compliance support to technology, sales, and marketing teams. - Update and maintain existing legal documentation. - Monitor French and international laws/regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on legal projects and initiatives. **Required Skills** - Contract drafting, negotiation, and review. - Knowledge of data protection, IP, telecommunications, and privacy law. - Bilingual legal writing and communication (French & English). - Legal research and risk analysis. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders. - Commercial and solutions‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrollment in or completion of a law degree focused on contract, corporate, IP, telecommunications, or data privacy law. - CRFPA completion or pursuit of PPI credential is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Description
**Job title** Cybersecurity Analyst Intern **Role summary** Support the CyberOps team by triaging client alerts, eliminating false positives, and analysing real threats. Deliver concise incident reports, perform targeted threat intelligence (sector and context), draft threat notes, and assist in new feature testing and tool improvement. **Expectations** - Be proactive and ethical, working collaboratively with analysts and research teams. - Manage alerts for client and prospect portfolios across the platform. - Deliver timely, accurate incident documentation and threat insights. - Contribute to continuous enhancement of monitoring tools and processes. **Key responsibilities** - Review and triage alerts generated for clients and prospects. - Identify and remove false positives; confirm legitimate threats. - Analyse high‑risk positives and produce rapid, synthesised incident reports. - Create and send formal incident reports to clients. - Conduct client‑specific intelligence: economic context, sector security posture, and emerging threats. - Author threat notes on current cyber topics in partnership with the Research & Analysis team. - Participate in testing of new platform features. - Suggest improvements for intelligence‑gathering tools and workflows. **Required skills** - Fluent in French and English. - Strong internet research and information‑gathering abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team; excellent communication. - Analytical mindset with capacity to synthesize complex data into clear insights. - Discretion and respect for confidential information. - Strong interest in cybersecurity concepts and practices. **Required education & certifications** - Current study or degree in business, international relations, strategic intelligence, or related field. - No mandatory cybersecurity certifications required, but a demonstrable appetite for learning in cybersecurity.
