Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Full Stack Developer (F/H) **Role Summary:** Translate client business requirements into technical and functional specifications, build industry‑specific concepts and POCs, and lead the upgrade/migration strategy toward the target PLM solution. Collaborate with infrastructure architects to deploy and integrate the solution, manage cross‑functional teams, and contribute to pre‑sales and commercial proposals while maintaining a technology watch. **Expactations:** - Deliver scalable, reliable full‑stack solutions that meet client needs. - Guide and mentor development teams during requirements gathering, coding, and delivery. - Coordinate with infrastructure architects for deployment, configuration, and integration. - Shape upgrade and migration roadmaps aligned with vendor roadmaps. - Support pre‑sales activities through technical proposals, demos, and persuasive presentations. - Stay updated on emerging industry technologies and offer innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Interpret client needs and define technical/functional requirements. 2. Design and produce industry‑specific concepts, POCs, and POVs. 3. Define upgrade/migration strategy to target PLM, liaising with vendor roadmaps. 4. Work with infrastructure architect for deployment, configuration, and integration with Dassault Systèmes products and other applications. 5. Lead development teams during response and execution phases. 6. Participate in development and presentation of commercial offers (pre‑sales, delivery). 7. Conduct technology watch and propose relevant innovations. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership of development teams (≥4 years). - Strong background in full‑stack development and PLM solutions. - In‑depth knowledge of Dassault Systèmes technologies (e.g., DELMIA, ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE). - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Agile project experience (scoped or preferred). - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional certifications in full‑stack development or PLM platforms are an advantage.
