Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead the development and scaling of backend systems for next-generation data products in a high-growth fintech environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deploy solutions for global financial clients. **Expectations:** Proven expertise in backend/fullstack development, AWS serverless architecture, database design, and mentoring engineering teams. Demonstrated experience in data-intensive or financial services contexts preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and scale backend systems using Node.js, Python, and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL). - Deploy and optimize applications on AWS, leveraging serverless frameworks (CloudFormation, Terraform). - Integrate databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch) for scalable data solutions. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals. - Mentor developers and provide technical leadership in agile environments. **Required Skills:** - Backend development (Node.js, Python). - AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, CloudFormation). - Database design (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB). - API development and integration (REST/GraphQL). - Frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React) as a secondary skill. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications in cloud computing (AWS) or database management preferred.
