Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior IT Integration Analyst **Role Summary** Lead SAP and enterprise integration solutions within a global FMCG supply chain environment. Focus on system stability, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across technical and operational teams. **Expectations** - 5–10+ years’ IT integration experience in supply chain systems. - Strong SAP integration expertise and compliance knowledge (SAP GRC, SOX). - Experience with global projects and distributed stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as a bridge between technical teams and SAP business analysts. - Design, document, and maintain integrations for SAP and non-SAP supply chain systems. - Facilitate compliance workshops and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. - Troubleshoot integration issues and minimize operational disruptions. - Collaborate with factory/warehouse teams on SAP system optimization. - Manage change requests with technology providers and partners. **Required Skills** - SAP integration (SAP BTP, S/4HANA), supply chain systems. - EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, Tradacoms), communication protocols (FTP/SFTP, AS2, VAN). - Non-SAP technologies (warehouse systems, MES). - ITIL, ServiceNow, SDLC/DevOps experience advantageous. - Strong cross-functional communication and documentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in IT/technical field. - SAP GRC, ITIL, or EDI certifications preferred.
