Job Description
Job title: Sales Development Representative Junior (H/F) – Internship Role Summary: Entry-level sales representative responsible for initiating and managing the early stages of the sales cycle for Deskeo’s flexible workspaces. Works closely with the Growth Manager to prospect, qualify leads, coordinate site visits, facilitate negotiations, and drive contract closures, contributing to the company’s growth and client acquisition strategy. Expactations: - 6‑month internship aligned with business school graduation program. - Achieve quarterly prospecting and outreach targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn). - Maintain a clean and updated pipeline in the CRM tool, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking. - Deliver end‑to‑end client experience from qualification through to signed lease. - Engage and build relationships with prescribers (brokers, real‑estate agents, partners). - Represent the brand at industry events and networking sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect new prospects via databases, professional networks, partner leads, and market research. - Initiate contact by phone, email, and LinkedIn; present Deskeo’s flexible workspace solutions. - Tailor solutions to client needs, highlight value propositions, and overcome objections. - Qualify prospects, select appropriate workspace options, and act as primary contact until contract signing. - Schedule, prepare, and conduct site visits and presentations. - Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements. - Update CRM with opportunity status, key interactions, and forecast data. - Contribute to building and maintaining a prescriber network. - Attend and participate in industry events to expand brand visibility. Required Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets. - Ability to adapt messaging to diverse stakeholders. - Analytical mindset for prospect qualification and market insights. - Organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven. - Comfortable speaking in French and English. - Basic familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, or related academic program (Bachelors or equivalent). - Completed or nearing completion of a commercial or sales‑orientation curriculum. - Internship period: 6 months (minimum) within the scope of academic requirements.
