**Job Title:** Recruiter (Contract) **Role Summary:** A 12‑month, full‑cycle recruiter focused on high‑volume Canadian manufacturing and GMP roles. Works within the Talent Acquisition team to source, evaluate, and hire top talent, while enhancing candidate experience and driving data‑powered hiring efficiencies. **Expectations:** - Deliver efficient, scalable recruiting solutions for priority roles. - Use metrics to inform decisions on timelines, recruiter workload, and offer acceptance. - Influence senior leaders and manage competing priorities with strong organization. - Provide a high‑touch, customer‑focused experience for candidates and hiring managers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, and recruit manufacturing talent, including untapped and diverse candidates globally. - Maintain and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Analyze recruiting metrics to identify and implement process improvements. - Fill highest‑priority positions, supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition on projects, reporting, and team leadership. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, competencies, and selection criteria. - Build scalable programs to meet future hiring demands. **Required Skills:** - Full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑volume manufacturing environments. - Proficiency in sourcing, networking, and engaging top tier talent. - Data‑driven decision making; experience tracking and interpreting hiring metrics. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross‑functional initiatives. - Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer‑centric mindset. - Proven ability to identify untapped talent and build engagement strategies. - Experience with diverse hiring and global talent sourcing. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) plus 5+ years recruiting manufacturing roles. - Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing metrics in recruiting. - Pharmaceutical industry or GMP recruiting experience preferred. - Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., CRA, SHRM‑CP, HRCI) are a plus.
