**Job Title**
Research Executive – Market Research
**Role Summary**
Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on market research projects. Supports all phases from proposal development and questionnaire design to data collection, analysis, and insight generation. Enhances research capabilities through desk research, survey testing, and data visualisation, while engaging with diverse sectors such as education, energy, transport, public services, finance, and charities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and administer qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, panel studies) research.
- Draft research proposals, questionnaires, and briefings.
- Conduct desk research, secondary data analysis, and literature reviews.
- Prepare and deliver data visualisations and presentation of insights.
- Test and refine survey instruments for validity and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on brand strategy, analytics, social intelligence, and creative development.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to timelines.
**Required Skills**
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Proficiency in survey design tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SPSS, R, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
- Familiarity with public and social research topics (education, energy, transport, etc.) is preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
- Professional certifications in research (e.g., IABC, ESOMAR, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
