**Job Title:** Strategic Partnerships Manager – UK **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives for a high‑growth fintech SaaS company in the UK. Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through identifying, negotiating, and managing alliances across fintech, eCommerce, and related sectors. **Expectations:** - Achieve £2.5k/month revenue within 3 months, scaling to £20k/month by 12 months. - Secure partners delivering 15 new customers/month within 3 months, growing to 60 new customers/month by year‑end. - Build a pipeline of high‑impact partners aligned with the company’s value proposition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities in fintech, eCommerce, and adjacent markets. - Lead negotiations, draft, and close partnership agreements that meet predefined customer and revenue targets. - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to design joint go‑to‑market plans, integration roadmaps, and enablement programs. - Manage partner performance: set KPIs, track metrics, provide regular reporting, and implement improvement plans. - Foster strong, long‑term relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Use data analytics to assess partnership impact, optimize strategies, and inform decision‑making. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years partnership or business development experience in a startup or tech environment (Fintech, SaaS, eCommerce). - Proven track record of closing deals that deliver measurable customer and revenue growth. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Structured, analytical thinker with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Self‑directed ownership mindset; proactive problem‑solving and accountability. - Humble, collaborative attitude with capacity for constructive, positive tough conversations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred but not mandatory. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Partnerships Professional) a plus.
