**Job Title:** Network Security Lead
**Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and governance of a global network security architecture spanning on‑premises, data centers, labs, and cloud environments. Drive AI‑driven automation, vendor management, and operational excellence, translating technical strategy into business impact.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver a resilient, zero‑trust, SASE‑aligned security posture across all environments.
- Reduce manual operational effort through AI/ML automation.
- Maintain high service levels for MSP‑driven network security operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and evolve global network security architecture (NGFWs, SD‑WAN, proxies, cloud connectivity).
- Develop reference architectures for Prisma Access, Palo Alto NGFWs, Infoblox DNS/DHCP, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, and InfoSec teams to enforce consistent policies.
- Lead and manage MSP performance, SLAs, incident response, and automation goals.
- Implement AI/ML for telemetry analysis, anomaly detection, and automated response workflows.
- Guide routing, switching, segmentation, encryption, and authentication practices.
- Conduct security architecture reviews, policy enforcement, and audit evidence preparation.
- Mentor engineering staff and align network strategy with CISO and SOC leadership.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in NGFWs, VPNs, SD‑WAN (Prisma Access), segmentation, proxies, cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proficiency in network automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
- Deep knowledge of routing/protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS).
- Experience with DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), SSL/TLS, PKI, SSO/SAML/OAuth.
- Strong vendor/contract management and MSP oversight skills.
- Proven application of AI/ML in network ops and security analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic translation abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of network security/infrastructure engineering experience; 3+ years in architecture-level leadership or MSP oversight.
- Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCIE Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, AWS Advanced Networking or Azure Network Engineer Associate, CISSP or equivalent.
