Job Title: Business Development Associate Role Summary: Actively generate and qualify prospective private banking leads, driving a consistent pipeline for the Private Bank division. Build and nurture relationships within the high-net‑worth community through networking and market research. Partner with Private Bankers, Marketing, and Events teams to design outreach strategies, present solutions, and support client onboarding. Monitor and report on lead conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness. Expactations: • Deliver a measurable volume of qualified leads per quarter. • Demonstrate growth mindset, entrepreneurial initiative, and result orientation. • Communicate professionally in Dutch and English; French proficiency is a plus. • Operate within a collaborative team, supporting junior and senior bankers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify and qualify leads in the private banking market. - Execute outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms, following up to maintain pipeline momentum. - Attend networking events and community activities to expand the bank’s presence among high-net-worth individuals. - Perform market analysis to uncover emerging trends and client needs. - Collaborate with Private Bankers, Marketing, and Events teams to develop and refine outreach strategies. - Present product solutions to prospects and facilitate client onboarding processes. - Coach and support junior/senior bankers in relationship management. - Track key performance indicators (lead volume, conversion rates, outreach effectiveness). - Compile monthly reports and propose recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Business development and sales experience (minimum 2 years). - Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities. - Analytical mindset with capability to conduct market research and generate insights. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven approach. - Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. - Fluency in Dutch and English; French is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. - (Optional) Professional certifications related to sales or finance preferred.
