Job Description
**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Advisor **Role Summary:** Fixed-term contract role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline development, and collaboration with business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. **Expectations:** Demonstrate expertise in Talent Acquisition methodologies, stakeholder relationship-building, and innovative candidate sourcing. Proactively identify talent needs and maintain compliance with data protection regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with HR teams and business leaders to define job requirements and recruitment strategies. - Advise managers on recruitment processes, managing expectations and providing updates. - Develop employer branding initiatives and market strategies to attract talent. - Source and manage candidate pipelines through advertising, direct outreach, universities, diversity networks, and referrals. - Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, negotiations, and onboarding. - Maintain candidate data accuracy in Workday (ATS) and provide recruitment performance reporting. - Ensure candidate experience quality and compliance with labor and data security laws. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Workday or equivalent ATS. - Strong communication and stakeholder management. - Advanced candidate sourcing and talent pool development. - Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. - Strategic employer branding and market analysis. - Data-driven decision-making and reporting. - French and English fluency; additional languages advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or business. - Certified in Talent Acquisition methodologies (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred. - Valid certification in Workday recruitment modules advantageous.
