Senior Interior Designer - Full Time Contract

Job Description

Job title: Senior Interior Designer Role Summary: Senior Interior Designer responsible for end‑to‑end FF&E design and implementation for high‑end hospitality and F&B projects. Deliver creative concepts, technical drawings, sourcing, procurement, and installation in a 9‑month maternity cover contract within a fast‑paced studio environment. Expectations: - Autonomous leadership of design and FF&E processes for luxury hospitality spaces. - Immediate integration into existing projects, managing refurbishment complexities. - Maintain rigorous quality, precision, and deadlines across all phases. Key Responsibilities: - Concept creation and visual development: generate 2D/3D concepts, design presentations, and curated imagery for client approval. - FF&E design leadership: develop original designs, preparation of custom drawing packages, specification, prototype coordination, supplier selection, procurement management, and installation oversight. - Material & supplier expertise: source high‑quality finishes, maintain network of trusted suppliers, and provide informed specification. - Collaboration: work closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver design intent. - Documentation: accurate and timely delivery of technical files, schedules, and cost estimates. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. - Strong understanding of global materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing. - Excellent 2D/3D visual communication and presentation skills. - Project management with strong organization, decision‑making, and time‑management capabilities. - Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Relevant professional certifications in interior design or project management preferred. ---
