**Job Title:** Senior Transformation Consultant – Offshoring & Lean Management
**Role Summary:**
Lead strategic, organizational, regulatory, and operational transformation for an offshore banking subsidiary, integrating its back‑office, finance, HR, and other support functions into the Group. Deliver comprehensive diagnostics, risk assessments, and a detailed transformation roadmap while guiding change management and training initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically with offshore operations and foreign‑exchange regulations.
- Proven expertise in digital and organizational transformation, project/program management (Agile and Waterfall), and AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to propose actionable recommendations and drive implementation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in‑depth diagnostic of back‑office, finance, HR, communications, training, and SLA processes.
- Assess integration impacts of the offshore subsidiary on Group operations and evaluate foreign‑exchange regulatory gaps.
- Identify functional and technical discrepancies, automation opportunities, and required process enhancements (e.g., currency flows, credit handling, EPS).
- Evaluate feasibility and prerequisites for incorporating Industrial Acceleration Zones (ZAI) into the target operating model.
- Identify risks, friction points, and optimization levers; define training and change‑management needs.
- Produce core deliverables: framing notes, detailed diagnostic report, prioritized recommendation plan, governance and committee materials, progress reporting, and a comprehensive transformation roadmap.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of banking support functions (back‑office, finance, quality, distribution).
- Expertise in offshore banking operations and FX regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in digital transformation, lean management, and process automation.
- Project and program management proficiency (Agile, Waterfall, PMO).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities; leadership and stakeholder influence.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
