Job Description
Job Title: Solutions Engineer Internship Role Summary Internships on the Solutions Engineering team support sales, product, and operations by optimizing demonstration environments that showcase Greenly’s carbon accounting platform. Responsibilities include database creation, data visualization, feedback integration for product roadmap, and proposing improvements to demo capabilities. Expectations • Graduate student or final‑year engineering candidate. • Hands‑on coding with Python, SQL; additional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or React is advantageous. • Fluent in English and French, comfortable in bilingual collaboration. • Analytical, proactive, and self‑motivated with a keen interest in sustainability. Key Responsibilities 1. Design, populate, and maintain demo accounts that reflect diverse customer scenarios. 2. Manipulate large datasets and use visualization tools to illustrate platform value. 3. Gather and relay customer/prospect feedback to Product and Tech teams, influencing roadmap decisions. 4. Monitor demo effectiveness, propose novel features, and iterate on demonstration workflows. 5. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, and operations to align demos with market needs. Required Skills • Programming: Python, SQL; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React framework. • Data handling: experience with large databases and data‑visualization tools. • Analytical problem‑solving, structured approach to complex challenges. • Excellent communication in English and French, comfort in cross‑team collaboration. • Curiosity for new technologies and sustainable practices; familiarity with carbon accounting is beneficial. Required Education & Certifications • Enrollment in, or completion of, an engineering degree program (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field).
