Influencer Marketing Executive
**Role Summary**
Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in developing and executing influencer‑driven campaigns for an international luxury brand. Responsibilities include influencer research, outreach, briefing, content tracking, database maintenance, performance reporting, and collaboration with creative, paid media and strategy teams to ensure brand alignment.
**Expectations**
1‑2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital content (luxury, fashion or lifestyle preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta. Skilled in influencer tools (CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tagger, etc.). Familiar with paid and organic influencer activity and basic performance metrics (ER%, CPM, EMV, sentiment).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the influencer manager in creating and launching campaigns in priority markets.
- Identify, research and recruit macro, mid‑tier and micro‑level influencers aligned with brand values and cultural relevance.
- Manage day‑to‑day influencer communications: outreach, briefing, content delivery, feedback and approvals.
- Maintain influencer databases, contracts and content trackers for timely, accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, paid media, strategy) to ensure brand alignment.
- Collect, analyse and report campaign data (reach, engagement, sentiment, earned media value).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates with insights and recommendations.
- Track industry trends, emerging creators and platform developments in luxury, fashion and jewellery.
- Support additional influencer projects and new business pitches as needed.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency with influencer management platforms (CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tagger, or similar).
- Understanding of influencer marketing metrics (ER %, CPM, EMV, sentiment).
- Ability to summarise insights and present performance reports.
- Collaborative, proactive approach to working with cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. No specific certifications required.
