Job Description

Job title: Investments Analyst/Associate Role Summary: Contribute to a global investment team focused on private assets, performing due diligence, monitoring, deal flow management, reporting, and commercial support for primary fund and co‑investment opportunities. Expectations: - Act as a self‑starter delivering high‑quality analysis under tight deadlines. - Maintain accurate deal logs and support investment committee presentations. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external intermediaries. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct primary fund and co‑investment due diligence, including performance, track‑record, competitive landscape, and qualitative/quantitative assessments. - Build return scenarios, present detailed material to investment committees. - Monitor portfolio performance, participate in manager update meetings and annual valuations. - Manage deal flow: coordinate, log, and analyze fund and co‑investment opportunities, liaise with intermediaries for sourcing. - Prepare client reporting: portfolio valuation, quarterly performance reports, and investor updates. - Assist in marketing material creation and respond to RFP requests. - Develop comprehensive portfolio presentations and analysis. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with intellectual rigor. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; high IT literacy. - Detail‑oriented problem‑solving mindset, ability to work independently and in teams under pressure. - Knowledge of key finance and accounting principles. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (advanced institution) preferably with minor in Accounting, or equivalent finance/accounting coursework. - Relevant experience in private equity (primary, secondary, or direct investments) strongly preferred.
