* Proficiency with HP ServiceGuard clustering, package scripting, and DR testing.
* Experience with HPE storage systems (P9500, EVA, XP), LUN provisioning, and SAN migrations.
* Scripting/coding abilities (Bash, Perl, Python) for automation.
* Capacity planning, performance metrics analysis, and resource optimization.
* Incident management, RCA methodology, and documentation.
* Ability to operate effectively under production pressure and critical outage scenarios.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* HP-UX Administration certification (e.g., HPE HP-UX Administrator) preferred.
* HPE ServiceGuard certification or equivalent cluster administration credential.
* Valid U.S. work authorization (USC/GC or GC + EAD).
