**Job Title:** Product Owner – Sales Platforms (L2O)
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of the Lead‑to‑Order (L2O) sales process and the related technology ecosystem. Drives product vision, roadmap, and agile delivery, ensuring CRM, CPQ, digital signature, compensation, and enablement tools deliver a best‑in‑class experience for global sales teams and customers.
**Expactations:**
- Define and deliver a future‑state digital sales architecture for the entire L2O process.
- Achieve high adoption (>85%) of new tools and processes across global sales teams.
- On‑time, on‑budget delivery of platform enhancements and BAU releases.
- Successful integration and data integrity across the sales technology stack.
- Measurable improvement in sales productivity and reduction of process cycle time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own design, governance, and continuous improvement of the L2O flow within Salesforce/CRM.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, backlog, sprint planning, release management.
- Champion integration and evolution of CPQ, digital signatures, incentive compensation, contract lifecycle, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, pricing, finance, and commercial stakeholders to align platform capabilities and secure buy‑in.
- Map, benchmark, and optimize global sales processes using Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, and RPA.
- Lead change management: training, communication, and adoption initiatives to embed new processes and tools.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging best practices to keep platforms innovative.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, master data management, incentive compensation, contract lifecycle, analytics, and digital signature tools.
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end CRM implementation and global sales process optimization.
- Strong product management principles: vision definition, roadmap planning, prioritization, backlog grooming, sprint facilitation.
- Agile mindset: Scrum Master or equivalent; ability to lead cross‑functional agile teams.
- Process mapping, Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, and RPA knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Change management experience: training delivery, adoption metrics, impact assessment.
- Leadership: ability to drive results, motivate teams, and foster high‑performance culture.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist).
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner) preferred.
