Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Job Description: Senior Business Analyst Role Summary: Act as bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to align software solutions with enterprise objectives. Focus on requirements analysis, project delivery, compliance documentation, and post-implementation support. Expectations: Deliver innovative IT solutions, ensure stakeholder communication, manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment, and maintain compliance and audit documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business/functional requirements. - Design process flows, dataflow diagrams, and data migration strategies. - Facilitate UAT planning, scripting, and execution. - Prepare project reports and influence UX/UI design. - Maintain compliance/audit documentation and perform smoke testing. - Support post-implementation product maintenance, including troubleshooting, change request management, and issue resolution. - Act as functional SME for assigned products. Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree. - 5–7 years in Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar roles. - Experience in sales CRM, media rights management, or enterprise systems. - Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and structured communication. - Strong project management skills with Agile/Prince2 methodologies. - Expertise in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Jira, DevOps) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple workstreams. - Strong SDLC understanding and stakeholder engagement experience. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field. No certifications mandatory.
