Job title: Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and governance of Salesforce enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business processes, regulatory compliance, and information technology strategy. Drive complex solution integration, lifecycle sustainability, and AI governance initiatives across large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Expectations: • Deliver enterprise-wide architectural frameworks for Salesforce applications. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High) and zero‑trust security principles. • Mentor technical teams and influence executive decision‑making. • Maintain and evolve integration strategies, compliance automation, and AI governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce architecture strategy, design, and roadmap.
- Conduct requirements analysis, business process design, and re‑engineering for Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and implement integration patterns, data flows, and lifecycle management across Salesforce and external systems.
- Lead compliance architecture for Microsoft Purview, G5 Compliance, and Microsoft 365 security, ensuring CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High adherence.
- Design and enforce zero‑trust, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance policies.
- Oversee AI governance and responsible AI initiatives within enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Automate compliance reporting using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring architectural consistency and quality.
- Evaluate and recommend solution architectures, investment decisions, and technology standards.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Salesforce enterprise architecture, solution design, and application integration.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Purview, G5 Compliance, and Microsoft 365 compliance architecture.
- Proven knowledge of zero‑trust architecture, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL for compliance automation.
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities in a technical team setting.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Salesforce enterprise architecture, with 5+ years in a lead capacity.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture deployment.
- Certifications: at least one of the following – SC‑400, SC‑100, MS‑102, SC‑300, CIPP/US or CIPP/G, CISA (or equivalent).
