Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Foodservice Role Summary: Oversee the performance of multiple restaurants within a designated region, managing and developing Restaurant Managers to deliver superior guest experience, quality, and profitability while ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards. Expectations: - Drive consistent revenue growth and operational excellence across all locations. - Mentor and coach Restaurant Managers, creating a high‑performance culture. - Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. - Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and legal requirements (e.g., HACCP). Key Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and support a team of Restaurant Managers across multiple sites. - Conduct regular on‑site visits to coach staff, audit standards, and reinforce compliance. - Analyze sales trends, financial reports, and key performance indicators to inform decisions. - Develop and execute staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Maintenance to align initiatives and improve performance. - Identify operational challenges early, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation. - Foster a team‑centric environment through recognition, feedback, and continuous development. - Ensure all locations meet brand guidelines, quality control, and safety regulations. Required Skills: - Proven leadership in a multi‑site restaurant or hospitality environment. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Team building and coaching expertise. - Fluency in French and English; Dutch language skills are a plus. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail, Foodservice, or Hospitality. - Minimum 3 years of multi‑site leadership experience. - Valid food safety or HACCP certification preferred (not mandatory).
