Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting to generate high‑quality sales meetings for the Account Executive team. Maintain a robust pipeline of mid‑to‑large enterprise prospects within the HR technology space. **Expectations:** - Consistently produce a steady stream of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). - Achieve weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates). - Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data and deliver actionable insights to sales and marketing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process and qualify inbound leads from website, marketing campaigns, and partners; schedule introductions to Account Executives. - Conduct structured outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events targeting HR decision‑makers (HRBP, CHRO, Experience leaders). - Map target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop personalized outreach strategies. - Collaborate with marketing to refine lead scoring and messaging. - Manage smooth hand‑off of qualified prospects to Account Executives; track post‑handoff progress. - Monitor performance metrics, update HubSpot CRM, and report weekly on pipeline health and insights. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar in technology/IT/Internet sectors. - Fluent in French (oral and written); English proficiency preferred. - Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling skills. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Excellent time‑management and multitasking in a fast‑moving environment. - Team‑player mindset with proactive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Relevant sales or customer‑success certifications a plus.
