Job Description
Job Title: Client Success Manager Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end client engagement for event‑organiser projects. Oversee planning, execution, and post‑event reporting of Weezevent’s ticketing, access control, and cashless payment solutions. Ensure client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth across seasonal live‑event markets. Expectations * Deliver projects on schedule and within scope, maintaining high quality and client trust. * Act as the primary point of contact, providing proactive communication and problem resolution. * Drive continuous improvement and upsell opportunities for future implementations. * Travel frequently during April–September to support on‑site operations, including weekends and public holidays. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client contracts and event timelines. * Coordinate logistics: software configuration, terminal installation, and site setup. * Oversee on‑site operations during events: staff supervision, troubleshooting, and service delivery. * Conduct break‑down, post‑event debriefing, and generate performance reports. * Facilitate client follow‑up to gauge satisfaction, gather feedback, and negotiate renewal terms. * Stay current on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Report progress, risks, and opportunities to Head of Project Management. Required Skills * Strong project management and organisational abilities. * Excellent communication, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills. * Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on achieving 100 % customer satisfaction. * Ability to lead and motivate on‑site teams under dynamic, fast‑paced conditions. * Basic ICT knowledge and aptitude for rapid learning of technical systems. * Willingness to travel, work weekends, and operate on public holidays during peak season. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Event Management, or related field preferred. * Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an asset. * Experience with ticketing or event technology platforms is desirable.
