**Job Title**
IA & Business Transformation Consultant
**Role Summary**
Design, implement and scale AI‑driven transformation initiatives for clients in insurance, mobility, sports and e‑Sport. Act as trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into actionable AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
**Expectations**
- Drive AI strategy from concept through operational rollout, ensuring measurable ROI and risk control.
- Partner with business, IT and data teams to prototype, pilot, and deploy AI solutions at scale.
- Champion data‑driven culture, governance, and continuous value measurement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market and sector analyses to identify high‑impact AI opportunities.
- Build and prioritize actionable AI business cases (benefits, risks, governance).
- Design and lead ideation, experimentation, hackathon and rapid prototyping cycles.
- Co‑pilot development of prototypes, MVPs and production‑grade AI solutions.
- Plan and oversee multi‑entity, multi‑country AI deployments, ensuring alignment with local regulations and business objectives.
- Redesign processes using AI, automation and advanced analytics (process engineering).
- Implement continuous value tracking and risk monitoring frameworks.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops and change‑management programs to upskill client teams.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in AI & Generative AI technologies (ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) and workflow automation (N8N, Make).
- Strong analytical capability and rigorous project management (Jira, Trello, Planner).
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of structured and unstructured data management.
- Excellent business English (written & spoken).
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, prioritize stakeholder needs, and articulate solutions diplomatically.
- Proactive, natural leadership, high communication proficiency, and teamwork adaptability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s level (Bac+5) from a reputable business school or engineering institution.
- Background in digital, data, or business consulting preferred.
- Valid certifications in data science, AI, or project management (e.g., PMP, Certified Data Scientist) are a plus.
