- Ensure responsible AI, data governance, security, and model safety across all deployments.
- Translate business requirements into modular, event‑driven pipelines and measurable KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end‑to‑end development of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude frameworks, and enterprise LLM orchestration patterns.
- Guide teams on prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Design and enforce architecture standards for agentic systems, including prompt patterns, tool‑calling schemas, and RAG pipelines.
- Build modular, event‑driven pipelines integrating REST APIs, Power Platform connectors, and enterprise data services.
- Implement agent observability with logging, telemetry, latency/error metrics, and automated remediation.
- Partner with engineering to shape MCP‑based agent architectures, authentication flows (OAuth/Entra), and system‑to‑system messaging.
- Drive governance automation: approval gates, compliance workflows, document lifecycle controls, and audit readiness triggers.
- Manage Agile deliverables: sprint planning, dependency tracking, risk assessment, release orchestration, and stakeholder communication.
- Define KPIs and dashboards for automation ROI (cycle time reduction, accuracy, governance adherence, uptime).
- Oversee integration with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Azure APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
- Connect Copilot Studio agents to enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, SAP) via pre‑built or custom connectors.
- Collaborate with architects, MLOps, and security teams to meet Responsible AI and data governance standards.
**Required Skills**
- Hands‑on expertise building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Deep knowledge of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with frameworks: LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants API.
- Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Platform connectors, Azure services, and REST API integration.
- Understanding of OAuth/Entra authentication, MCP architecture, and system messaging.
- Strong observability skills: log collection, telemetry, latency/error monitoring.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, data governance, security controls, and model safety.
- Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid PMM).
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and technical mentoring.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Technology Strategy (preferred).
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Copilot Studio) are a plus.
