Job title: ServiceNow Developer – Agentic AI
Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered workflows on ServiceNow using Agentic AI, AI Studio, and AI Orchestrator. Build and integrate AI agents that automate ITSM, CSM, and business processes, leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks. Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and privacy standards while monitoring and optimizing agent performance.
Expectations: 2–5 years of software and ServiceNow development, with strong AI integration experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, works in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborates across product, analysis, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement ServiceNow AI agents for ITSM, CSM, and other workflows.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external AI/data sources via REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
• Apply LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (LangChain, LlamaIndex) to enhance agent intelligence.
• Maintain compliance with ITIL, security policies, and data‑privacy regulations.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent and workflow performance.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to refine requirements.
Required Skills: • ServiceNow Agentic AI framework (AI Studio, AI Orchestrator).
• Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer.
• LLMs, vector databases, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• ITIL processes, security & privacy compliance.
• Agile/Scrum methodology, analytical problem solving.
• Strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • Optional certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, AI/ML developer credentials.
