Job Description

Job Title: Solutions Architect Role Summary: Design and deliver scalable technology solutions for enterprise customers, focusing on compute, storage, networking, and hybrid cloud environments. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to translate business needs into robust, vendor‑agnostic architectures using leading infrastructure platforms. Expectations: - Provide pre‑sales technical expertise and post‑sales support. - Maintain active industry and vendor certifications. - Deliver high‑quality technical documents, demos, and workshops. - Build strong client relationships and drive project success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirement discovery, produce technical proposals, and craft Bills of Materials. - Conduct technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and on‑site demos. - Create high‑level and low‑level design documents to support post‑sales delivery. - Manage and maintain demonstration environments. - Respond to sales‑team helpdesk queries and develop workshop materials. - Participate in RFI/RFP responses and Statements of Work. - Recommend and pursue ongoing training and certification opportunities. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of HPE, Dell, Pure, Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, and complementary infrastructure technologies. - Experience with CLI and orchestration tools (e.g., Juniper Apstra). - Strong analytical, communication, and workshop facilitation abilities. - Proven pre‑sales and solution‑design experience. - Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, and delivery teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Advanced‑level certifications in storage architecture, hybrid cloud, or equivalent (e.g., HPE, Dell, Pure). - Networking certifications (Aruba, Juniper, Cisco) highly desirable. - Additional certifications in AI, data protection, or emerging solutions preferred.
