**Job Title:** Salesforce Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Lead business analysis for Salesforce Revenue Cloud initiatives (CPQ, RCA, Billing). Capture, document, and validate requirements; translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities across Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
**Expectations:**
- 10+ years of IT/CRM business analysis, with 7+ years on Salesforce projects.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules (CPQ, RCA, Billing).
- Experience in end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash implementations, integration with ERP/Finance (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Agile delivery knowledge (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Preferred Salesforce certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst.
- Ability to engage CXO‑level stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements for CPQ, RCA, and Billing projects through workshops and discovery sessions.
- Map current and target business processes across quoting, pricing, contracting, revenue recognition, and billing.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to align solutions with Salesforce capabilities and integration needs.
- Design integration flows between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ERP/Finance platforms.
- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders, communicate scope, impact, and solution details.
- Conduct demos, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), and UAT sessions to validate functionality.
- Plan and execute test scenarios, triage defects, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Support cutover planning, data validation, and post‑go‑live hyper‑care activities.
**Required Skills:**
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules: CPQ (product configuration, pricing, approval workflows), RCA (contract amendments, reporting), Billing (subscription, usage‑based billing, invoicing, dunning).
- Business analysis: requirement gathering, UML/process diagrams, data mapping, use‑case development.
- Integration design: Salesforce ↔ ERP/Finance (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Agile methodologies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, defect management.
- Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio.
- Strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and risk identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst (preferred).
