**Job Title:**
ServiceNow Solution Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, lead, and oversee the implementation of end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITAM modules. Ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance architectures that deliver business value and meet stakeholder requirements.
**Expectations:**

• Mentor development teams and advocate for high‑quality coding standards.
• Maintain alignment with ITIL processes and enterprise integration strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITAM (HAM/SAM).
• Collaborate with business, project, and technical stakeholders on vision, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead custom configuration, scripting, and integration with external systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, APIs).
• Optimize platforms: data models, workflows, performance, and cost.
• Establish security, compliance, and governance policies for ServiceNow environments.
• Conduct upgrades, patching, and feature rollouts with minimal operational impact.
• Produce and maintain solution documentation: architecture diagrams, workflows, implementation guides.
• Provide expert client advisory on automation, process improvement, and platform capabilities.
**Required Skills:**
• 8–10 years of hands‑on ServiceNow design and implementation, 3+ years in a lead/architect capacity.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, HAM, SAM.
• Expertise in JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, XPath, SNMP, and other scripting technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, custom module development, workflow administration, reporting, UI configuration, notifications, data imports, and custom scripting.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration) and mapping to ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures and to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile project management and large‑scale implementations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification – required.
