Responsable National des Ventes - GMS (H/F)
Job Description
**Job Title**: National Sales Manager - GMS **Role Summary**: Oversee and execute strategic national commercial direction for the GMS sector, bridging operational execution with corporate objectives to drive brand growth across the French territory. **Expectations**: Leadership in expanding market presence, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Requires high autonomy, structured processes, and alignment with group goals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Define and implement national GMS sales strategy to meet performance targets. - Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 5–6 sales professionals. - Negotiate commercial agreements with retailers/retail chains (national frameworks). - Strengthen brand visibility and performance across France. - Develop and optimize sales processes, performance monitoring systems, and reporting. - Manage independent travel across France and with key clients. - Serve as primary liaison between French operations and corporate headquarters. **Required Skills**: - Proven expertise in strategic sales management within FMCG/industrial sectors. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship-building capabilities. - Demonstrated ability to manage and develop sales teams. - Autonomous self-organization and decision-making under pressure. - Cross-cultural collaboration in international/group contexts. - Advanced proficiency in English for business communication. - Leadership, business acumen, and result-oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, business administration, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of national sales management experience in FMCG/GMS, preferably within manufacturing or brand-building environments. - Evidence of successful track records in scaling commercial strategies and driving performance.
