Job Description
**Job Title** Internship – Industrial Process & SHE (Master/Engineer) **Role Summary** Conduct diversified projects across Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Packaging, and Fabrication/Utilities. Analyze processes, support audits, optimize metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a brewery/ beverage manufacturing setting. **Expectations** - Apply academic knowledge to practical industrial challenges. - Perform cross‑functional teamwork and communicate findings with engineering, production, quality, and safety teams. - Deliver actionable recommendations within defined timelines. **Key Responsibilities** *DEPARTMENT SHE* - Participate in safety audits and risk identification. - Support teams in implementing corrective actions and tracking improvement progress. *DEPARTMENT PACKAGING* - Drive Total Effective Performance (TRS) improvement on packaging lines. - Reduce packaging material waste and shorten format change‑over times. *DEPARTMENT FABRICATION/UTILITIES* - Optimize cleaning cycles for surface dryers. - Increase preventive maintenance coverage rates. - Reduce energy consumption during equipment start‑up and shutdown cycles. - Digitize quality control processes. - Minimize liquid losses in production. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Attention to detail and results orientation. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). - Effective written and verbal communication in French; English proficiency is advantageous. - Team‑player attitude, able to liaise with diverse stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master’s student or recent graduate in Quality, Food Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with safety standards and quality management systems preferred.
