**Job title** Digital Media Executive **Role Summary** Support day‑to‑day operations of digital media, balancing planning and performance responsibilities. Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, from keyword research and creative QA to optimisation and reporting, while collaborating with performance, planning, and insights teams to deliver integrated campaigns for live‑entertainment clients. **Expactations** - Deliver high‑quality work within tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, agency environment. - Exhibit strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail. - Demonstrate motivation for commercial success, proactive learning, and teamwork. - Maintain a positive, energetic attitude while adapting to rapid platform changes and industry trends. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms. - Conduct keyword research, build audiences, review ad copy, and QA creative assets. - Upload and schedule campaigns per approved media plans. - Monitor daily performance, flag issues (under‑delivery, disapprovals, pacing) and support senior leads in optimisation. - Compile campaign reports using ad platforms, analytics tools, and dashboards. - Assist in building, maintaining, and updating media plans; gather insights for planning decisions. - Maintain internal resources such as trackers, tag request sheets, and documentation. - Stay informed on platform updates and industry trends; share relevant insights with the team. - Conduct A/B testing of creatives and bid strategies; document results. - Participate in post‑campaign analysis and contribute learnings to future plans. - Collaborate across agency units (performance, planning, insights, creative) to inform integrated media strategies. **Required Skills** - Experience in digital marketing within an agency or media context. - Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related advertising platforms. - Knowledge of campaign tracking tools (e.g., Campaign Manager, analytics, dashboards). - Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data interpretation. - Multitasking ability and deadline‑centric work style. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Detail‑oriented, organised, and resourceful. - Team‑player attitude with willingness to take initiative. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred. - Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification (or equivalent) highly desirable. ---
