Job Description
**Job Title** Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary** Drive early‑stage prospect engagement and lead generation for Western Canada (Alberta and British Columbia) through high‑volume outbound calling and email outreach. Act as the first touchpoint to qualify leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and hand off qualified opportunities to outside sales closers. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed monthly outbound calling and lead‑generation targets. - Maintain a disciplined, proactive approach to prospect outreach and follow‑up. - Showcase strong phone communication skills and the ability to keep conversations focused and productive. - Demonstrate a self‑motivated, results‑oriented attitude with a constant drive to unlock new opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to generate warm leads for the Western Canada region. - Qualify prospects by assessing pain points, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT). - Update and manage CRM entries to track outreach, lead status, and next action items. - Prepare and send quotations and service agreements as required. - Respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. - Collaborate with outside sales team to hand off qualified leads at the appropriate stage. - Learn and implement best‑practice techniques from top performers. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (B2B preferred). - Excellent verbal communication and active listening on the phone. - Ability to sustain a high call volume while keeping conversations purposeful. - Strong organizational and follow‑up discipline. - Proficiency in CRM software (experience preferred, not mandatory). - Customer‑service orientation and professionalism. - Self‑starter with a proven ability to drive and close sales opportunities. **Required Education & Certifications** - High‑school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. - Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional – CISP) considered a plus.
