Job Title: Design Assurance Engineer Role Summary: Senior engineer responsible for managing design assurance activities across the engineering lifecycle of the Canadian River‑Class Destroyer programme. Ensures design maturity, performance, resilience, and integrity of the platform, while coordinating reviews, analysing data, and reporting assurance outcomes to stakeholders. Expectations: - Execute and coordinate design assurance processes throughout the lifecycle. - Contribute to zonal review and compartment plan approval activities. - Analyse design data, track maturity, and report assurance results. - Resolve engineering issues collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. - Mentor and share expertise with less‑experienced colleagues. - Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
