**Job Title:** Project Manager – CyberSecurity
**Role Summary:**
Lead and manage enterprise‑wide security audit readiness initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver compliance, vulnerability remediation, and audit readiness across 80+ applications.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver audit readiness projects on schedule and within scope.
- Provide clear executive reporting and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Continuously improve audit readiness frameworks and process efficiencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and close complex security audit projects.
- Coordinate vulnerability management, vendor compliance assessments, and risk remediation activities.
- Partner with Information Security, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Legal, and Application Support teams to track progress and achieve audit goals.
- Prepare and present executive‑level reports, project plans, and status updates.
- Develop, review, and maintain technical architecture diagrams and security documentation.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation for remediation tasks.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, or MS Project to track workstreams and ensure accountability.
- Identify and implement improvements to audit readiness processes.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years of technical or program management experience in security, compliance, or technology domains.
- Deep knowledge of security audits, vulnerability management, and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001/27002, NIST, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and large‑scale projects.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills (written & verbal).
- Experience developing or reviewing technical architecture diagrams and system documentation.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2, or similar) and/or Security Certifications (CISSP, CISA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
