**Job Title:** Data Developer (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Support the Information Systems Directorate by designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and analytical solutions. Responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), database management, interactive dashboard creation, and internal web application development to ensure reliable, high-performance data flows for decision‑making.
**Expectations:**
Deliver accurate, timely, and scalable data solutions that translate raw data into actionable insights. Collaborate across teams, adhere to best practices in data architecture, and continuously improve performance and user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Extract, cleanse, and structure data from diverse sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards and BI reports (Power BI, Qlik).
- Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces for internal and external applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relevant frameworks).
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.
- Design and maintain analytical databases, ensuring performance and integrity.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Develop automated tests for interfaces, integration processes, and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and performance.
- Participate in all related projects, studies, and support activities.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong SQL expertise and relational database knowledge.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI and/or Qlik).
- Web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Data modeling and ETL pipeline development.
- Performance tuning and database optimization.
- Automated testing and CI/CD awareness.
- Accounting fundamentals: GA, GBCP, cost accounting, internal controls.
- Familiarity with banking operations and CEGID or equivalent ERP.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, teamwork, and agile mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in accounting, audit, or management control (e.g., DCG).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience beyond apprenticeship.
- Knowledge of European accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
