Job title: Developer, Digital Workplace
Role Summary:
Develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow and Salesforce Service Cloud platforms to support enterprise strategies. Serve as a technical liaison, architect integrations, automate workflows, and deliver data‑driven insights to leadership.
Expectations:
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow and/or Salesforce administration, development, and architecture.
- Bilingual proficiency in system configuration, custom development, and integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules and applications aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as primary communication point between technical teams and executive stakeholders, managing expectations and transparency.
- Evaluate and automate enterprise workflows using ServiceNow orchestration, scripting, and workflow tools.
- Develop cross‑functional workflows and integrations to increase operational efficiency.
- Build reporting dashboards that empower leadership with actionable, predictive insights.
- Identify business opportunities and support initiatives that align with strategy.
- Consult on infrastructure architecture and capacity planning to ensure platform scalability and resilience.
- Program in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs to build customized solutions within Service Cloud.
- Customize Salesforce Service Cloud Console, optimize agent workflows, and implement automation & visualization tools.
- Integrate Service Cloud with CRM, ERP, ticketing systems, and other enterprise applications using middleware and API integration.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate integrations, and resolve issues with ServiceNow service providers.
- Monitor ServiceNow performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and implement optimization (database tuning, code refactoring, capacity planning).
- Script in JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide Scripting for complex customizations, integrations, and applications.
- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs for system integration, including authentication and data exchange.
- Lead design and implementation of complex integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, synchronization, and error handling.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage ServiceNow & Salesforce upgrades and patches, coordinate testing, and ensure smooth transitions.
Required Skills:

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Either Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
