**Job Title:** Product Owner, Commerce **Role Summary** Lead commerce product strategy by translating customer needs into digital features, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with agile development teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. **Expectations** - Translate customer requirements into clear product vision and user stories. - Prioritize backlog items and manage sprint-level execution. - Act as a subject matter expert on content integrations and CMS. - Ensure alignment between product goals and delivery timelines. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Gather, analyze, and document feature requirements. 2. Define and refine product/sprint backlogs through collaboration with stakeholders. 3. Partner with CMS teams and development squads to resolve technical and content-related challenges. 4. Communicate product vision to stakeholders and ensure cross-functional team alignment. 5. Validate completed work against acceptance criteria pre/post-launch. 6. Identify opportunities for new features during discovery sessions. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in requirement analysis, user story creation, and backlog management. - Experience using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred). - Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and sprint planning. - Strong UX design, user flow, and wireframing knowledge. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management. - Ability to manage fast-paced projects with shifting priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in business, technology, or related field. - 3–5 years of Product Owner or similar role experience. - Scrum Product Owner (PO) certification preferred.
