**Job Title:** Senior Documentum Specialist
**Role Summary:** Experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) consultant responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and maintaining Documentum platforms, integrating with AWS and complementary ECM solutions, and leading Agile-based ECM projects from concept to deployment.
**Expectations:** Deliver high‑performance, secure Documentum solutions; provide architectural guidance and best‑practice recommendations; manage platform upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments; serve as primary technical advisor to clients; ensure project alignment with business objectives through effective stakeholder communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Documentum applications (Content Server, D2 Config, D2 Classic, D2 Smart View, Brava, CTS, xPlore, DFC Client).
- Architect Documentum workflows, business rules, and lifecycle management; configure security, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Execute platform upgrades, migrations, and data re‑configuration while preserving integrity and performance.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using the Spring Framework; integrate Documentum with external systems via REST, ensuring scalability and security.
- Deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, RDS, ALB, SSM, SQS, SNS, Lambda, SDK) for ECM workloads; manage logs, security policies, and incident resolution.
- Lead Agile teams: sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, code reviews; maintain high code quality and project deliverables.
- Communicate technical concepts and project status to technical and non‑technical stakeholders; deliver presentations and documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- 15+ years of Documentum and ECM experience (Content Server, D2, D2 Smart View, CTS, xPlore, DFC Client).
- Deep knowledge of Documentum architecture, object model, security, and migration strategies.
- ≥2 years of REST API development with Spring for ECM; ≥3 years of AWS service implementation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Java, DFC, SQL, and scripting; solid understanding of enterprise security (encryption, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience; strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Documentum, AWS Architect/Developer, or similar are advantageous.
