Enterprise Architect – Fellow
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and transformation of large‑scale PLM‑ERP‑MES integrations for global customers. Serve as a technical and strategic leader, creating scalable architectures, governance frameworks, and best‑practice accelerators for Windchill PLM integration with enterprise ERP and MES systems. Influence product direction, mentor delivery teams, and advance AI‑enabled data orchestration.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define, standardize, and disseminate Windchill PLM architecture and deployment methodologies.
2. Develop and scale best‑practice frameworks for PLM‑ERP‑MES integration, collaborating with Product, Professional Services, Technical Enablement, and system integrator partners.
3. Architect end‑to‑end integration strategies: BOM transformation, change & configuration management, manufacturing planning, supply chain, quality, service, and regulatory data flows.
4. Establish governance protocols for product data quality, lifecycle traceability, and reuse across systems.
5. Design and maintain enterprise master data models to optimize cross‑discipline processes.
6. Provide architecture and governance oversight on strategic customer engagements, validating frameworks and accelerators.
7. Mentor and coach PTC Professional Services teams on architecture and integration best practices.
8. Partner with Product Management, R&D, Deployment Center, and field teams to influence product roadmap and deliver world‑class customer experience.
9. Contribute technical insights and case studies to the PLM Community of Practice and partner advisory networks.
10. Advise on integrating AI technologies into Windchill PLM, systems integration, and data orchestration to support digital thread initiatives.
**Required Skills**
* Enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent).
* Windchill PLM, ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MES integration expertise.
* Data modeling, master data management, and data governance.
* Integration design: middleware, APIs, event‑driven architecture.
* Project and portfolio management, stakeholder communication.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking.
* Excellent written and oral communication across technical and business audiences.
* Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in data orchestration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (M‑A‑degree preferred).
* Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar).
* PMP or equivalent project management certification.
* Windchill PLM or other PLM system certification.
* ERP integration or middleware certification (e.g., SAP Integration Professional, MuleSoft, etc.) encouraged.
* AI, data analytics, or related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML) a plus.
