Product Content Creator – Internship (Storytelling & CRM)
**Role Summary**
Internship (6 months, starting January 2026) focused on creating, managing, and optimizing engaging product content and CRM campaigns for a wellness‑focused employee app. Works under the Lead Content Strategy Manager and collaborates with Product, Marketing, Design, and Customer Success teams.
**Expectations**
- Produce high‑quality storytelling across multiple channels (push, email, in‑app, articles).
- Design and publish monthly themed content (challenges, quizzes, webinars, articles).
- Maintain brand consistency with the United Heroes voice.
- Leverage Braze CRM to launch and refine push, email, and in‑app campaigns.
- Analyze campaign metrics and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
- Contribute fresh ideas for engagement mechanics and process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and edit content for push notifications, emails, in‑app messages, and articles.
- Collaborate with design and Customer Success Management to align content with feature promotion (e.g., Super Heroes, Ambassadors).
- Manage editorial calendar and coordinate launch schedules.
- Execute and monitor CRM campaigns in Braze, tracking open rates, clicks, engagement, and retention.
- Personalize messages and target audiences to improve user journeys.
- Propose new animations, engagement tactics, and CRM actions based on market needs.
- Enhance internal workflows, templates, and automation for content & CRM processes.
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and CSM teams to align initiatives with engagement strategy.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent writing and editing; impeccable French and English grammar.
- Strong storytelling and creative ideation.
- Experience with digital content production (videos, quizzes, webinars).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high organization.
- Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and suggest optimizations.
- User‑centric approach, understanding motivations and behaviors.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student or recent graduate (Bac + 4/5) in Communication, Digital Marketing, Business School, or equivalent.
- No mandatory certifications; knowledge of CRM tools considered a bonus.
