**Job Title:** Executive Assistant **Role Summary:** Provide high‑level administrative support to the Integrated Marketing & Synergy teams, ensuring seamless calendar management, document control, and coordination of internal and external activities within a fast‑paced entertainment environment. **Expectations:** - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain composure under tight deadlines. - Strong multitasking ability with a collaborative, positive attitude. - Effective communication with senior staff, partners, and cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and handle phone communications. - Process expense reports and submit for reimbursement. - Organize, maintain, and update electronic filing systems and shared network folders. - Prepare, print, and distribute team documents and databases. - Source, process, and route creative assets to appropriate stakeholders. - Coordinate partner film screenings, including approvals, RSVPs, and on‑site check‑ins. - Track industry trends and emerging advertising opportunities. - Support ad‑hoc team projects beyond routine duties as needed. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency on Mac OS, Keynote, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - SAP experience. - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow‑through capabilities. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Ability to make quick decisions, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure. - Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with assistants and staff at all levels. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum 1 year of senior‑level administrative experience in the entertainment industry.
