Job Description

**Job Title:** Head of Integrations **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of all third‑party integration solutions for a SaaS AI platform. Own end‑to‑end integration processes, drive architectural strategy, and manage a small technical team while directly engaging with clients and product teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver seamless, scalable integrations that meet client requirements and internal quality standards. - Build and sustain a high‑performance technical team focused on integration excellence. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all technical levels to shape product strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own integration lifecycle: design, develop, test, deploy, and support connectors to external systems. - Collaborate with Client Solutions and product teams to translate client needs into technical solutions. - Architect robust, future‑proof APIs (REST and event streaming) and provide comprehensive developer documentation (Swagger, SDKs). - Enhance system observability with advanced logging, tracing, and diagnostics. - Drive client self‑service capabilities through “self‑serve” integration workflows. - Manage API development, versioning, and lifecycle. - Lead a small team of integration engineers and coordinate cross‑functional projects. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in full‑stack web development, system integration, and cloud architecture. - Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or equivalent. - Strong API design and development experience (REST, event streaming). - Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably AI or cybersecurity. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Detail‑oriented problem solving, time management, and prioritization. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (2:1 UK or 3.5 GPA US). - Minimum 5 years in a SaaS vendor environment, with proven integration leadership experience.
