**Job Title:** AI Product Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, prototype, and deliver end‑to‑end AI‑enabled tools that address strategic business challenges. Translate ambiguous requirements into production‑ready software, debug across the stack, and drive adoption through clear documentation and stakeholder communication. **Expactations:** - Independently own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. - Continuously evaluate emerging AI models and tools to enhance speed and quality. - Communicate technical progress and outcomes to both technical and non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and ship agentic AI systems that solve defined business problems. - Rapidly convert abstract requirements into functional prototypes and iterate to production. - Debug and resolve issues spanning AI model behavior, middleware, and deployment configurations. - Demonstrate solutions internally and contribute to innovation narratives. - Produce documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to ensure user adoption. - Stay current with new LLMs, frameworks, and coding tools, integrating improvements where appropriate. **Required Skills:** - Proven ability to build and launch AI‑enabled products or prototypes (professional, academic, or self‑directed). - Strong problem‑solving skills; can turn vague challenges into working code and clear workflows. - Proficiency with Python, RESTful APIs, full‑stack frameworks, and JSON. - Experience with large language models (LLMs), understanding their capabilities and limits, and integrating them into applications. - Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration. - Curiosity, persistence, and creativity in experimental development environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific degree required; equivalent experience or demonstrated competence in AI product development accepted. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Machine Learning, AI, Cloud Architecture) are a plus but not mandatory.
